My essay on love marriage and arranged marriage will describe these types of marriages. At first, I start with love marriages. The feelings between a man and a woman, who show an interest to each other, can create a real mutual love, even when the interest takes the disguised form of some benefit.
Amorous marriages and Arranged marriages coexist in our world because practices vary based on culture, customs, and region. Arranged marriages are those, in which the wife and the husband are matched up by someone else whether it is an elder of the family, a religious head, or a marriage service.
Arranged Marriages vs. Love Marriages Marriage is a bond between two people who were united through a religious ritual. Traditionally between a man and a woman, marriage is suppose to mark the beginning of a new journey, wherein the people involved in the union mark the point of nurturing a family.
Arranged Marriages Have a Strong Foundation There an age-old debate on the on whether take the scenic route from love to marriage or marriage and then love. Living in an age that is considered self-actualized and civilized, most of the people will tend to consider getting married to someone that they love.
Finally, love marriage is better than an arranged marriage because it promotes free will. In an arranged marriage, it is not impossible for the bride, groom, or both to have no say in the decision. Their parents or families decide for them, overlooking their ability to decide for something as major and life-changing as marriage.
To make the definition more clear, it is the opposite of a love marriage. Typically in a love marriage, the final step in the relationship is marriage. That is not the case in an arranged marriage. One of the first steps besides meeting your new spouse, is getting married.
